Requirements

This competition is open to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college or university.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

They must submit a 500word essay on the best money-related advice they ever received, including who gave them that advice and whether they followed that advice or not.

The sponsor selects 10 finalists and posts them on its website for public voting, but it reserves the right to select its choice as the winner.
