The Smith Literary Scholarship is available to applicants from the 42 towns served by the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut. Students seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree in history or English literature are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education.
