Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens of Italian descent who are enrolled as full-time undergraduate juniors or seniors at an accredited 4-year college or university.

Applicants must be majoring in Italian language studies.

They must submit an essay of 500 to 750 words in Italian on why learning Italian is important in today's world and how they plan to use their degree in the Italian language in their career.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.

Applications must be accompanied by a $35 processing fee.
