Requirements
  • This program is open to women who provide the primary financial support for their families.
  • Applicants must have been accepted to a vocational/skills training program or an undergraduate degree program.
  • They must reside in 1 of the 20 countries or territories (divided into 28 regions) that are part of Soroptimist International of the Americas.
  • The awards may not be used for graduate study or international travel. Applications are to be processed through the local Soroptimist club. Countries that are part of Soroptimist International of the Americas include Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guam, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Taiwan, United States, and Venezuela.
