Southeast Colorado Power Association Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors whose families obtain electricity from the Southeast Colorado Power Association (SECPA) and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to graduating high school seniors who plan to enroll at a 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must have parents who are SECPA members.
  • Applicants who have a GPA of 3.8 or higher qualify for a scholarship offered by Basin Electric Power Cooperative.
