Southwest Illinois Chapter MOAA Scholarship provides financial assistance to children and grandchildren of members of the Southwest Illinois chapter of the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors and current full-time undergraduates at colleges and universities in any state.

  • Selection is based on academic merit, leadership qualities, ability, character, and sincerity of purpose in reaching their goals.
