The Southwest Section Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of Arkansas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma who are members, spouses, or children of members of the Southwest Section of the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Undergraduate students who participate in community service and extracurricular activities are encouraged to apply.
