The Spouse Certificate Program Scholarship is available to spouses of U.S. Armed Service members on active or reserve duty, retired, or KIA who are or were assigned to Luke AFB. High school graduates or GED recipients seeking certification are welcome to apply. Two application cycles are available annually.
