Minimum 2.00 GPA

Resident of the U.S.

Undergraduate or graduate student

High school graduate or GED recipient

Seeking a professional certification, associate, bachelor's, or graduate degree

U.S. citizen, conditional permanent resident, or permanent resident

Participation in leadership

Maximum Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) of less than $140,000
