Requirements
  • This program is open to spouses of active duty, drilling Reservists, National Guard, and military retirees who have a current military dependent ID card.
  • Applicants must be residents of Virginia or enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education certified by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).
  • They must be working on a certificate, associate, baccalaureate, or graduate degree and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
