The St. Andrew Scottish Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors from Lemon Bay in Charlotte, Manatee, or Sarasota counties, Florida, who have demonstrated high academic achievement. Students of Scottish descent or those actively involved in the Scottish community are especially encouraged to apply.
