The St. Croix Valley Chapter 331 Vietnam Veterans of America Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are legal relatives of a U.S. Armed Services Vietnam Veteran. Residents of Goodhue or Washington counties, Minnesota, or Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, or St. Croix counties, Wisconsin, are eligible to apply.
