The St. Croix Valley Chapter 331 Vietnam Veterans of America Scholarship is available to graduating high school seniors who are legal relatives of a Vietnam-era veteran or sponsored by a Vietnam-era veteran. Residents of Goodhue or Washington counties, Minnesota, or Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, or St. Croix counties, Wisconsin are eligible to apply.
