The Stacy Stover Memorial Scholarship program is available to graduating seniors from Patrick Henry High School or a Hancock County High School in Ohio. Applicants should be active in their church and community. Students who are pursuing a degree in education, early childhood education, or child development are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
