The Stacy Stover Memorial Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Patrick Henry High School or Hancock County High School in Ohio. Students who are active in their church and community. Students who are pursuing a degree in education, early childhood education, or child development are encouraged to apply. Students who receive full scholarship support from other organizations are not eligible to apply.
