Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of Onslow County who are dependent children or spouses of active-duty, retired, or deceased members of the armed forces.
  • Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or students (undergraduate or graduate) currently enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.
  • Financial need is considered in the selection process, but the principle criterion is an achievement as measured by transcripts, ACT/SAT score, a list of awards and honors, and letters of recommendation.
