The Staff Sgt. Carl Enis Military Scholarship is a great opportunity for graduating high school seniors or adult learners from Cameron, Elk, McKean, or Potter counties in Pennsylvania. Members of the ROTC or adult learners who are active or reserve duty in any branch of the military are welcome to apply. Preference will be given to those who served as scouts.
