The Stan Milesnick - American Legion Belgrade Scholarship supports undergraduates at Montana State University Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering. Montana residents participating in the Hilleman Scholars Program are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces who graduated from a Gallatin, Madison, or Park County high school, or a student meeting either of those criteria.

Participation in leadership Preference will be given first to applicants who are both veterans of the U.S. Armed Services and graduates of a high school in Gallatin, Madison, or Park counties, Montana; second to veterans of the U.S. Armed Services; and third to graduates of a high school in Gallatin, Madison, or Park counties.
