  • This program is open to the dependent children of FRA members who are in good standing (or were at the time of death, if deceased).
  • Applicants must be working on or planning to work fulltime on an undergraduate or graduate degree.
  • Selection is based on academic record, financial need, extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and participation in community activities.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
