The STARS Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to nontraditional students who are parents or custodial grandparents. Students seeking an associate or bachelor's degree, or professional license or certification and residing in Pottawattamie County, Iowa are welcome to inquire. Students must fill out an inquiry form first then they will be contacted for an interview. Students who have a successful interview will be invited to apply.
