The State Fair of West Virginia Scholarship is awarded to students from West Virginia, who are enrolled in a college, university, or trade/vocational school to pursue further education. Students who have participated in the junior livestock show, equine show, or 4-H and FFA Youth Exhibit Program within the previous five (5) years are eligible to apply.
