The Stella Harper McNeil Scholarship is open to full-time students at The University of Southern Mississippi. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree in Child and Family Studies are encouraged to apply. Those who have financial need and demonstrate good character receive special consideration. If a student with financial need cannot be identified, the financial need criterion may be waived.
