Requirements
  • This program is open to high school seniors who are public housing residents, Section 8 participants, or other low-income housing residents planning to attend college.
  • The agency that owns or manages their housing must be a PHADA member and must agree to serve as their sponsor.
  • They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
