The Stephen Madry Peck, Jr. Memorial Scholarship recognizes African American students at a high school in Martin and Palm Beach counties, Florida who are proficient in a foreign, second language. Students who are studying a foreign language or culture in college are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students from a Palm Beach County public high school and students who are studying French, Portuguese, or Spanish.
