The Stephen Neace Memorial Scholarship is awarded to graduating seniors of Monahans High School in Texas. Students who plan to attend the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and demonstrate financial need are encouraged to apply. Applicants studying for a degree in biology will be given special consideration.
