The Stephen T. Kugle Scholarship program supports members of ASME college juniors and seniors. Applicants should attend a public college or university in Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, or Wyoming. Special consideration is given to applicants with a strong level of participation in ASME.

  • U.S. citizen Students at the University of Texas at Arlington are not eligible to apply. Preference is given to applicants with a strong level of participation in ASME.
