The Stewart/Watson/Wheeler Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from the Delta County and Mancos school districts in Colorado. Applicants should demonstrate a desire to better themselves, improve their knowledge, learn a trade or profession, and provide for themselves or their families. Students planning to enroll in a public institution are encouraged to apply.
