The Stubbs’ Educational Foundation Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors and current undergraduate students attending Tallahassee State College to pursue an associate degree. Special consideration is given to students involved in music programs or private music instruction, as well as high school seniors from select counties in Florida and Georgia.
