The Stubbs' Educational Foundation Scholarship is offered to graduating high school seniors or current undergraduate students attending Tallahassee State College in order to pursue an associate degree. Special consideration is provided for students involved in music programs and/or private music instruction. Additionally, preference is given to high school seniors graduating from a school in Leon, Gadsden, Wakulla, or Jefferson counties, Florida; or Grady or Thomas counties, Georgia.
