The Subic Bay-Cubi Point Scholarship is available to children or grandchildren of U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, or Merchant Marine members. High school seniors seeking a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to students who are dependents of sponsors who were permanently attached to U.S. Naval Facility commands in the Philippines (Subic Bay, Cubi Point, or San Miguel) between January 1980 and December 1992.
