The Sue Cantrell Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for undergraduate study to children, grandchildren, or spouses of members of the Blinded Veterans Association. Members of BVA can be active, reservists, retired, or veteran's of the U.S. Armed Services. Recipients are chosen for academic merit.
