The Sue Kay Lay Memorial Scholarship supports the educational goals of graduating seniors who are residents of and attend high school in the Coastal Bend Community Foundation (CBCF) area of Texas. Students seeking a bachelor's degree at a not-for-profit college or university in the U.S. are welcome to apply.
