The Sunrise Rotary Club - David Stout Scholarship is offered to public high school seniors in Pinellas County, Florida. Students who are planning to attend a technical or trade school are welcome to apply, as are students planning on a dual enrollment at Pinellas Technical College or another technical or trade school. Special consideration is afforded to dually enrolled students.
