The Sunshine Opportunity Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors in Hillsborough or Pinellas counties in Florida, Avery County, North Carolina, or Florence or Marion, South Carolina. Students who have overcome significant obstacles in life are encouraged to apply. Recipients are chosen for their demonstration of financial need and good academic standing.
