The Susan B. Agnew Leoser Scholarship offers financial assistance to Cherokee Nation members who live **outside** of Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington, or Nowata, Oklahoma. Students seeking a professional certification or associate degree are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is given to students with a history of volunteer service.

  • American Indian or Alaska Native, and with Cherokee ancestry Preference is given to students with a history of volunteer service. Students from Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Ottawa, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, Washington, or Nowata, Oklahoma are not eligible to apply.
