About the Scholarship

The Susan Barbosa Ledger Media Group Scholarship is available to students who are currently enrolled in or planning to enroll at Polk State College and who are residents of Polk County, Florida. Students pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, public administration, business administration, financial services, or mass communication are eligible to apply, with special consideration given to those studying journalism.
