Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the Stockton area and planning to enroll full-time at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
  • Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and a record of dedicated service to their Interact Club, high school, and Stockton community.
  • The award is presented to the applicants who best exemplify the traits established by Rotary International of service above self.
