About the Scholarship

The Swain County Public Schools Foundation Scholarship is a local program for graduating seniors from any public high school in Swain County, North Carolina. Special consideration is first given to students attending a four-year college or university in education, second, to students attending a two-year college, pursuing a degree in an education-related field; third, to students attending a four-year college or university pursuing a degree in any field.
