About the Scholarship

The Swain County Public Schools Foundation Scholarship is a local program for graduating seniors from any public high school in Swain County, North Carolina. Students who participate in community service are encouraged to apply. Special consideration is first given to students attending a four-year college or university in education, second, to students attending a two-year college, pursuing a degree in an education-related field; third, to students attending a four-year college or university pursuing a degree in any field.
