Requirements

This program is open to athletes who participated in organized competitive youth, high school, or collegiate athletics and subsequently have sustained a life-changing accident or illness (e.g., paralysis, blindness, cancer, amputation, head injuries).

Applicants must meet the admission standards of a 4year or graduate-level institution of higher learning.

Recipients are expected to participate in Swim with Mike activities and to support the organization both during and after college.
