The Sylvia M. Jacobson Memorial Scholarship program supports female students who are returning to college after a minimum 5-year break. Applicants should have completed at least one semester of college. Students attending Humboldt State University or College of the Redwoods are encouraged to apply. Financial needs may be considered in the event of a tie.
