The Tallahassee Civitan – Jimmy & Sherrill Ragans Scholarship is offered to Tallahassee State College students who participate in community service. Special consideration is given first to students who were involved in Junior Civitan or a similar organization during high school, followed by graduates of the PACE Center for Girls.
