The Target Scholars Program is awarded to college juniors attending Clark Atlanta University, Howard University, Morehouse College, North Carolina A&T State University, Southern University and A&M College, or Texas Southern University. Students studying for a bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related fields are encouraged to apply.
