T.D. Hughes, Jr. Scholarship provides financial assistance to residents of the service area of the Tri-State Bleeding Disorder Foundation (TSBDF) who have a bleeding disorder and are interested in enrolling at a college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to residents of the 16-county TSBDF service area in southern Ohio, southeastern Indiana, and northern Kentucky who have hemophilia or another inherited bleeding disorder.
  • Applicants must be interested in enrolling at a college, university, or technical school in any state to study any field.
  • Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
