The Technical Training Fund Scholarship supports graduates of Oregon high schools as they continue their postsecondary education. Students who plan to enroll at least part time and demonstrate strong technical or artistic potential in areas such as craftsmanship, manual skills, art, music, culinary arts, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
