TELACU College Success Scholarship provides financial assistance to Latino students from eligible communities in California, Texas, Illinois, and New York who are interested in attending college in any state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to Latino residents of selected communities in southern California, selected cities in Texas, the Greater Chicagoland area of Illinois, or the state of New York.
  • Applicants must 1) be a firstgeneration college student; 2) be from a low-income family, and 3) have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
  • They must be enrolled or planning to enroll fulltime at a college or university in any state.
  • Selection is based on leadership potential, professional and extracurricular achievement, commitment to the development and economic empowerment of communities, and financial need.
  • Priority is given to 1) students majoring in business or fields of STEM; 2) students attending institutions in southern California that provide matching funds (for a list, contact the sponsor); and 3) renewal applicants.
