The Tennessee HOPE Scholarship is available to entering freshmen who are Tennessee residents attending eligible Tennessee colleges and universities. Students seeking a professional certification, associate, or bachelor's degree are eligible to apply.

Minimum 3.00 GPA or a minimum 21 ACT or 1060 SAT; homeschool graduates require a 21 ACT, GED recipients require a 21 ACT and a GED score of 170, and HiSET recipients require a 21 ACT and an average HiSET score of 15
