Requirements

This competition is open to students enrolled in a civil engineering program at a college or university in Tennessee.

Applicants must submit a paper, up to 15 pages in length and with a single author, on original research and investigations of traffic and transportation subjects.

Selection is based on originality (20%), significance (20%), scope and format (20%), validity (20%), and applicability (20%).
