Requirements

This program is open to residents of Tennessee who are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field at a college or university in the state.

Students transitioning from a community college to a 4year university are encouraged to apply.

All applicants must have completed 6 credit hours of introductory courses in accounting and be planning to take the CPA examination.

The program includes the Calvin and Jean King Awards, which emphasize leadership skills and financial need in the selection process.

U.S. citizenship is required.
