The Teresa and David R. Schmidt, M.D. Scholarship program awards need-based scholarships to seniors graduating from a high school in Bandera, Gillespie, Kerr, Medina, or Uvalde counties in Texas. Students who are pursuing a career in the medical profession (not including pharmacy or MRI technician) are encouraged to apply.
