The Terry Lee Walker, Jr. Scholarship is available to students who are graduating seniors from a homeschool or high school in Berkeley or Jefferson counties in West Virginia. Students who have participated in extracurricular activities and are planning to attend a college or university in West Virginia are welcome to apply. Special consideration is given to first-generation college students and/or students who are seeking a degree in business.
