TESA Teenager of the Year Scholarship Contest provides financial assistance to seniors at high schools in Texas who plan to attend college in the state.

Requirements
  • This program is open to seniors at high schools in Texas who are U.S. citizens.
  • Applicants must be planning to enroll full time an accredited college or university in the state.
  • Each Elks lodge in the state may submit the application of 1 boy and 1 girl.
  • Each application must include a 300word essay on professional goals, transcripts, SAT/ACT scores, and copies of achievements and awards for leadership, extracurricular activities, athletics, dramatics, community service, or other types of activities.
  • Boys and girls compete separately.
