Requirements
  • This program is open to U.S. citizens attending a Texas college or university who will have completed at least 30 hours of undergraduate work by the time scholarship payments begin.
  • Applicants must have actively participated in 4H activities during their high school years.
  • They must have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
  • Selection is based on financial need, scholastic ability and achievement, 4H participation, and 4-H and collegiate leadership and involvement.
