Texas Association of Fairs and Events Educational Foundation Scholarship provides financial assistance to high school seniors in Texas who are nominated by their local fair or agricultural event and plan to attend college in any state.

Requirements

This program is open to seniors graduating in the top third of their high school in Texas and planning to enroll full-time at an accredited college or university in any state.

Applicants must have participated actively in their local fair or other agricultural event and they must be nominated by that fair or event.

The fair or event must be a member of the Texas Association of Fairs and Events (TAF&E) and each fair may only nominate 1 student.

Students must submit a 1page essay on why they deserve a scholarship.

Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
